Bullion: sealed products in original condition may be eligible for buyback at live rates minus spread, subject to assay. Custom or opened items may not qualify.
Jewellery: manufacturing defects reported within 7 days may be repaired or exchanged where stock allows.
Refunds: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days where applicable.
