**Bullion:** sealed products in original condition may be eligible for buyback at live rates minus spread, subject to assay. Custom or opened items may not qualify.
**Jewellery:** manufacturing defects reported within 7 days may be repaired or exchanged where stock allows.
**Refunds:** approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days where applicable.
